We offer a very nice selection of Tuscan
products available for you. These range form local
(Villa Rosa) wines, olive oil, grappa, Vin Santo,
jams and jellies. All are produced locally and available
at very reasonable prices for consumption during
your stay or to take home. Please inquire about
larger quantities. |
The above mentioned prices are renting prices in Euro
(€) per week and apartment including utilities
such as electricity and water as well as expenses for
a weekly change of bed and table linen and towels A
security deposit will have to be paid at the beginning
of the renting period in cash..
English speaking service is available .
Heating costs as well as fire wood will be charged
according to actual consumption. Children cots incl.
linen may be rented against a surcharge of € 39.00/week.
Surcharge for pets € 39.00/week (pets are always
to be kept on the leash)
Breakfast service is possible . Joint dinners, cooking
courses, herb courses, active weeks as well as wine
seminars and tasting may be arrange. Sales of local
wine, olive oil and home made products is possible.
All apartments are well equipped according to local
standards. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cooking ware
as well as German and ital. Coffee machines and toaster
are available in the kitchen areas.
From April to middle of October the desired minimum
renting period is 1 week. Arrival (from 16.00 to 18.00
hrs.) and departure (not later then 09.00 hrs.) should
always be on a Saturday if previously not otherwise
agreed.
From November to March bookings may also be made for
a period of 3 to 4 days.
Booking and payment conditions:
- reservations respec. bookings are only considered
firm following written notice and after down payment
of 25% or 50% is received on our account not later
than 10 days following our written confirmation. This
down payment is not subject to refunds in case of
booking cancellation.
- Rest payment not later then 10 week prior to begin
of rental period or cash upon arrival if so priorly
agreed.
- In case of short term cancellations refunds will
only be made if the rented apartment can be rented
out always
retaining the down payment of eventual expenses.
- We accept all major credit cards.
